An intimate wine bar in the spirit of Italy’s classic enotecas – a room for an unhurried glass and a bite. Our cellar runs close to two hundred and fifty labels deep, through Barolo, Barbaresco and Brunello, with a wide selection by the glass and old-world bottles rarely poured elsewhere.
Pasta made that morning, signature steaks from the Josper grill, and a raw bar of oysters and crudo. A rotating selection of cured meats and cheeses, drawn directly from Tuscany and changing regularly, sit alongside a slow cooked short rib sandwich – through to the Bistecca Florentina and a wild boar ragù carried down from Tuscan tradition.
Our sommelier is on hand at the bar, ready to guide you through the list. Alongside it, a small, curated cocktail menu featuring modern plays on the classics, from the Lime Leaf Gimlet to the Heritage Martini.
